Our founders have more than 50 years of experience in the entertainment and technology industries.

Jan Mirkin-Earley
Jan is a music business consultant and leads Broadcast and Artist Relations for Stageside Productions at Austin City Limits Live, where she oversees content creation, distribution, and licensing. Prior, Jan was General Manager of Justice Records, Senior Director of Artist Relations for Digital Musicworks International, creator and manager of the Texas ASCAP office, and worked as a personal manager. Previous board roles include Austin Music Commission and the Texas Chapter of The Recording Academy (GRAMMYs). Aside from her work in the music industry, Jan is the co-founder and CEO of Equestrian-Network.com (featured on Oprah), the number one online equestrian community in the world.

Lisa Hickey
Lisa Hickey is the Festival Marketing Director at C3 Presents, the third-largest concert promoter in the US and producer of the Austin City Limits Music Festival and Lollapalooza in Chicago. Lisa is also a co-founder of Do312.com, a Chicago-specific event listing website and social networking community. Community service is a passion for Lisa: She serves on the board of Health Alliance for Austin Musicians, and mentored with Communities in Schools in spring 2011. Previous board and advisory roles include Grounded in Music, Austin Music Commission, the Texas Chapter of The Recording Academy (GRAMMYs), and the Community Advisory Board for Clear Channel Radio Austin.

Mellie Price
Mellie Price is managing partner of Source Spring, bringing over 15 years experience as a successful entrepreneur and executive in the information technology sector. Mellie founded Front Gate Solutions and Front Gate Tickets in 2003 to develop applications that help entertainment organizations run more efficiently. Most recently, Mellie became a founding investor and lead mentor for Capital Factory — a seed stage mentoring program that supported the launch of five new Austin companies. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Front Gate Tickets/Front Gate Solutions, Austin Music Foundation, and the Animal Trustees of Austin.
